Call centre 2000: partnership in business; Brian Gillespie/Don Calder

Introduction before the presentation: "Partnerships in Business" which is presented by Brian Gillespie, BCIT President and Don Calder, VP Network Operations, BC TEL. Camera moves between powerpoint presentation and the presenters. Mr. Gillespie talks about BCIT working with business and industry to improve business performance with a specific mention of specialized training centres: call centre, digital imaging, industrial control simulator, Venture program and Living Lab. Mr. Calder talks about the BCIT Call Centre-BCTEL partnership. After the presentation Jennifer Lee, Reservations Manager at Canadian Holidays, selects the winner of a draw for a trip to Las Vegas. Video ends with a small thank you presentation for Lynn Wagner for organizing the event.
