As well as summaries of the Board of Governors for public consumption compiled and released by the Board Secretary. Distribution of this publication was discontinued in 1979 after which the role of reporting to the BCIT community of Board activities became part of "BCIT Developments." Includes statements issued by the Board of Governors to the BCIT community as well as the general public.

In the Fall of 2004 the format and name of this publication was changed to Path Finder. In 2007 the title was changed to Viewbook. This publication provide prospective and current students with information on the services, locations, and programs offered as well as entrance requirements, fees and course prerequisites.
