PVI Sea Island Campus students and faculty act out a scene where they declare war against the government because of their dissatisfaction with the equipment and facilities on campus. Using old war planes, they fly to Victoria to protest.

Educational video produced for critical care nursing students. Using a dramatization, the video helps students practice systematic analysis and decision making skills. The narrator references a workbook for students that provides corresponding information and discussion questions.

Event recording from the signing of an agreement between the National Institute of Transport (in Tanzania) and BCIT with Dr. J.S. Minja and John Watson. The project was funded by Technology Training Associates Ltd. (TTA) and helped to provide technical assistance to the National Institute of Transport to improve its programs, upgrade management, and develop curriculum.

The need for planning; Starting a business
Part of a telecourse series, this film provides background to help the entrepreneur understand how a business plan is used to determine the viability of a proposition, to organize planning, and to obtain financing. Randy Vandermark, Department head, BCIT Marketing Management, introduces the film: Do you need a business plan? The middle section, Starting a Business: Do you need a business plan?, is hosted by Bob Grasley. Using still cartoons and interviews with business people the topic is explored.
