Mr. Calder talks about the BCIT Call Centre-BCTEL partnership. After the presentation Jennifer Lee, Reservations Manager at Canadian Holidays, selects the winner of a draw for a trip to Las Vegas. Video ends with a small thank you presentation for Lynn Wagner for organizing the event.
