Part of a telecourse series, this video explores why businesses commonly fail so that the entrepreneur can develop strategies to avoid that end. Randy Vandermark, Department Head, BCIT Marketing Management, introduces the film: How can you survive business crises? Special guest is Veron Forester, partner in Canadian Tire Operations in the Vancouver area. Feature report: Starting a Business with Bob Grasley: How can you survive business crises? Features still drawings and step-by-step process with a voiceover and advice/information from business experts. These experts include: Bernard R. Wilson, Vice-President, Director, Price Waterhouse; Ron Besse, Gage Publishing; Dick Maybee; David Robbins; Russell Morley; and Jeremy Brown.
