The BCIT Learning & Teaching Centre (LTC) began with a task force on Instruction Innovation. Co-Chairmen, M. Angelo and C. Wilson submitted the final report in October of 1982. This report had many recommendations, one of which was the creation of an Office of Instructional Development “to provide those services needed for instructional innovation.
