Subseries consists of reports, research materials and minutes prepared by standing committees of the Educational Council.
Since its formation in 1979, the Educational Council has established a number of committees to deal with specific issues relating to educational policy and procedures. Standing committees represented in this subseries include: Agenda committee, Educational committee, Educational planning and policy committee, Educational standards committee, Nominating committee, Programs and priorities committee, Student appeals committee, Student services committee,Curriculum committee, Programming standing committee, and Executive committee.

This subseries consists of annual reports produced between 1974 and 2011. In 2002 the name was changed to Annual Review.

Subseries contains materials related to the celebration of BCIT's 50 Anniversary. 50th Anniversary celebrations were organized by a special temporary committee run out of the Office of the President.

Subseries consists of materials related to the granting of Bachelor of Technology degrees at BCIT. Series includes reports, proposals, correspondence, letters of intent, funding requests, approval processes, committee minutes, resource materials, etc.

Suberies consists of reports, published and related materials relevant to the School of Construction and the Environment umbrella area of study: Applied and Natural Sciences.

Subseries consists of annual reports for BCIT's School of Energy.
