Event recording from the signing of an agreement between the National Institute of Transport (in Tanzania) and BCIT with Dr. J.S. Minja and John Watson. The project was funded by Technology Training Associates Ltd. (TTA) and helped to provide technical assistance to the National Institute of Transport to improve its programs, upgrade management, and develop curriculum.

Video features two students one doing the Marine Engineering Officer Program (Reagan) and the other Deck Officer Marine Training (Chris). The ability to travel and work are highlighted. As are industry partnerships. Video includes footage of the Marine Campus inside and out as well as on ships, practicing safety and working with engines.

Shows nursing students how to perform correctly each of the following tasks: 1. tie knots for securing the ends of a restraint to a bed, chair, or wheelchair; 2. apply two types of jacket restraints for a patient in a bed, wheelchair, or ordinary chair; 3. apply a clove hitch restraint for wrist or ankle; 4. apply a wheelchair hip belt; and 5. restrain a patient's hands using a sheet, gown, or other bedding.
