Event recording from the signing of an agreement between the National Institute of Transport (in Tanzania) and BCIT with Dr. J.S. Minja and John Watson. The project was funded by Technology Training Associates Ltd. (TTA) and helped to provide technical assistance to the National Institute of Transport to improve its programs, upgrade management, and develop curriculum.
